Look, I'm not an easy client. I'm picky, sarcastic, and grouchy. Kari was extraordinarily patient and showed me a TON of homes, closely paying attention to what I liked and disliked so that she could make ever more accurate discoveries for me. I never once felt rushed or that I was just a 'customer'. I would use her again in a heartbeat. I gave her my criteria (a home in a neighborhood that actually FEELS like a neighborhood, walkable if possible, and a price range). We focused on Windsor Heights and Beaverdale. More than once, I sent her a listing with the message, "what would I NOT like about this property?" and she would answer with honesty by pointing out things she knew I would struggle with but wasn't savvy enough to notice from a listing. After much searching, she sent me the final listing and met me early in the morning for a walkthrough and we knew it was the right one.
