Sara helped me through the Estate sale of my father's house and I cannot sing her praises enough! To be so highly recommended by her peers should tell you all you need to know about Sara! She made time to meet with me while I was in town and pretty much took over from there! She was available any time I had even the silliest of questions and she kept me updated on every step of the process after I returned home. I felt like we were on the same page with every step, and I never once had to question whether Sara was working hard to get the house sold. Most importantly I trusted her with maintaining the house with me out of state! She was knowledgeable about the area and the local market and advised me accordingly.
