Sara and her team were very attentive to our needs, always responding promptly. They even met us at their office at 7 p.m. on a Sunday to put together our offer letter. Throughout the process they kept us updated on where we were and what needed to be completed. When a couple of requested updates that came up during the inspection weren't completed to the satisfaction of the inspector, they worked with the seller's realtor to get the matter addressed right away and at no cost to us.
