Sara is a dear friend and when I was looking for a realtor to help sell my place I knew I could count on her. The listing was on the market for only a week and we found a potential buyer. Being that I live across the country having someone that I could trust keep me in the loop in terms of communication was very important and Whitney, Sara's admin assistant sent me weekly updates on a weekly basis. I know Sara's got a ton of listings she's working on, so she personally kept me in the loop as much as she could although I did have to initiate reach out to seek information. Sara provided me with a good overview and had given me good direction, to negotiate with the buyer, who after the appraisal wanted to increase the buying price for financing. When needing to have repairs post inspection, Sara provided great recommendations that were also very reliable! Overall, I'd highly recommend working with Sara!
